On Wednesday, December 24, and Thursday, December 25 your UCLA Payroll Partner office will close to observe the university holiday.

For bi-weekly employees, flat dollar deductions will not be deducted from the BW3 Pay Period ending 12/20/25. Employees may observe this on their 12/30/25 paycheck deductions. 

On Wednesday, December 31, 2025, and Thursday, January 1, 2026, your UCLA Payroll Partner office will close to observe the university holiday.
