Electronic W-2 Deadline is today, January 12
Last month, we urged all UCLA employees to make the switch to an electronic W-2. Now the enrollment deadline is just hours away, and we need your help!

Take a moment to remind employees to update their delivery method (they have until January 12 at 5pm). We know you're busy, so we did the heavy lifting for you - simply forward the following:
- 2023 W-2 article: the who, what, when, where, and why of electronic W-2s.

Today's enrollment deadline is for receiving your 2023 W-2 form(s) electronically. If you enrolled for prior tax years, you don't need to take any action. You can review your electronic W-2 enrollment status on the UCPath portal.
